Everglow 2.0: How We Swapped Autopilot for AI and a New Direction
They say that in the digital world, six months is a lifetime. If that’s the case, Everglow Marketing Co. has just lived several incarnations in the span of a single winter.
If you’ve noticed we’ve been a bit quiet lately, there’s a good reason. We were performing a much-needed overhaul on our legacy systems and services.
Here is the story of how EGM moved from “autopilot” to a high-octane, tech-driven marketing solutions machine.
The “December Call” and the End of Autopilot
In December 2025, our founder sat down with William to discuss a pivotal move. For a few months, EGM had been running on a sort of “digital autopilot.” The engine was humming, but no one was really at the helm steering toward the future.
The mission was clear: William would take over as the new Director to lead a complete agency leadership transition into the future. The goal wasn’t just to keep the lights on, it was to rewire the entire building.
And why stop at creating just another piecemeal marketing solutions joint, when the industry is moving towards AI and automated solutions? It was the best time to evolve towards something beyond just packaging or reselling those new technologies.
Out with the Old, In with the Smart
Every long-standing agency has a “junk drawer.” You know the one full of redundant software, half-baked digital marketing SOPs, and “Frankenstein” tech stacks that somehow stayed glued together.
The first order of business? The Great Trim. We took a sharp blade to our internal processes. We didn’t just update our tools; we audited our entire marketing technology stack to prioritize one thing: Efficiency through Intelligence.
We’ve spent the last few months migrating and transitioning into a more tech-centric services model, preparing the way for AI-driven marketing services that aren’t just a buzzword, but the backbone of how the industry will deliver results from now on.
The “Under the Hood” Months
You can’t build a skyscraper on a cracked foundation. While the world saw a quiet agency, we were working double shifts in the basement. We spent months:
- New Services Stack: Old simple services moved into more comprehensive ones, we added a few more to structure a fusion of continuous solutions across stages, from the very earliest ones.
- Integrating Tech: We migrated our existing client ecosystems to bigger machines and modern management solutions; ensuring that our future marketing infrastructure and tools can be integrated seamlessly for our clients.
- Cleaning the Slate: We did the full rebranding and website redesign that you are visiting now. We are still creating content and developing the tools we plan to integrate and make available in the coming months.
- Normalizing Developments: We’re revisiting every single client project to fix old “patches” and implement best practices that actually scale. There was a lot of tech debt that needed to be paid.
Looking Ahead: Q2 2026
We aren’t just “back.” We are redesigned. The “manual” days of marketing are over, and we’ve spent our time researching the market and tech, ensuring that the new Everglow Marketing Co. can be the leanest, smartest and most value-returning version of itself.
Stay tuned. We’ve cleared the cobwebs, upgraded the brainpower, and the new direction is looking brighter than ever.
